The Well, a collaborative community for interdisciplinary practitioners

In every village there was a well.

Long before social media, conferences, or networking groups, people gathered around the well. It was where stories were shared, relationships were built, wisdom was exchanged, and communities were strengthened.

People came because they needed water.

They stayed because they needed each other.

Today, healthcare practitioners face a different kind of isolation.

Many of us work independently. We carry the weight of complex cases. We spend our days supporting others while having few places to connect with peers who truly understand the work we do.

The Well was created to change that.

We are building a community for practitioners who believe healing happens through collaboration, curiosity, and human connection.

A place to exchange ideas.

A place to learn.

A place to find support.

A place to belong.

Why The Well Exists

The future of healthcare will not be built by one profession alone.

It will be built when functional medicine providers, physicians, nurse practitioners, naturopathic doctors, nutritionists, therapists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, coaches, energy practitioners, and other wellness professionals come together to learn from one another.

The Well exists to create those connections.

When practitioners are supported, patients benefit.

When practitioners collaborate, innovation happens.

When practitioners gather, communities heal.

Well: The Gathering

The Gathering is The Well's signature event series.

Several times each year, practitioners from across the Pacific Northwest come together for meaningful conversations, educational experiences, networking, and community building.

Each Gathering includes:

Thought-provoking speakers and panel discussions

Intentional networking and relationship building

Local food and refreshments

Vendor and sponsor showcases

Conversations that continue long after the evening ends

No sales pitches.

No awkward networking (O.K., no garauntees)

Just a room full of people committed to helping others heal.

What Members Are Saying…

“What stood out most was the quality of the people in the room. Thoughtful practitioners, meaningful conversations, and a shared commitment to whole-person care. It felt collaborative in the truest sense of the word.”
— Naturopathic Doctor

“I left feeling genuinely energized. It’s rare to find a room where practitioners from different disciplines can connect without competition or ego. The conversations felt thoughtful, collaborative, and deeply needed.”

— Licensed Therapist & Somatic Practitioner

“As a practitioner, it can be surprisingly hard to find spaces that feel both professionally credible and genuinely human. The Canopy Network created exactly that. I left with new connections, new ideas, and a renewed sense of purpose in this work.”
