MENTAL HEALTH
Kelsey Moll, LMHCA
Kelsey Moll is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate and runs a private practice in the Queen Anne neighborhood of Seattle. She was drawn to this work through her own transformational experience in therapy, which sparked a deep belief in the power of curiosity, empathy, and attunement, and continues to inform her work today.

BODY WORK, PILATES
Celeste Caliri
Celeste is a STOTT trained Senior Pilates instructor with 20 years of experience. With a background as a Fine Artist and Environmental Artist for film and television, she brings that same passion for process into her instruction. Both require a deep understanding of lines, layering from a foundation, and the importance of an inspiring environment. The two skillsets provided a unique blueprint to build her studio, Posto Pilates. Posto Pilates came out of a long search for a studio that feels genuinely alive—one that inspires and supports all experience levels and feels like a warm family gathering. Tucked in the Fremont Cut, right on the canal, it offers classes, privates, semi-privates, and teacher training. Celeste loves working a muscle in an unassuming way and taking a practice that can be perceived as intimidating and nit-picky and keeping it playful.
She brings this approachable yet high-end experience into her retreats. Annual Pilates retreats outside the city, sometimes outside the country, that get us out of our daily gerbil wheel to be reminded of the importance of balance. As a mom juggling two careers, she finds that just working out during the week and that half hour of silence in the morning, where you're staring into your coffee like a magic 8 ball, isn't going to cut it. We need to hit a way bigger "Pause" button. So she created Bon Vivants - a curated weekend or week away with the best life has to offer: daily mat Pilates, beautiful hidden locations, locally-sourced food, wine pairings, spa moments, personalized swag, and fun special guest appearances with a renowned chef, a magical body worker, or our favorite mixologists. A way to reconnect with ourselves, nature, and giggle with an group of amazing humans.
